Out of Stock Products
Occasionally, we will send an order confirmation only to learn that we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product component availability or out of stocks due to unanticipated high order demand during the holidays or other peak periods. In these cases, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of receipt of your order notifying you that your order has been cancelled and that we have issued a full refund to your original form of payment.
We will communicate with every customer that experiences an unfortunate out of stock cancellation. Their names will be placed on a priority customer list and you will be notified when your product becomes available. Note: Not all items out of stock will be re-stocked for the season.
